When I first started attending MFDA events, the non-social one that I would enjoy the most was the early year economic forecast meeting. It was a great way to start the new year and get a sense from both a ten-thousand foot view and also up-close what the economy was doing, more importantly why it was doing it, and what we could expect in the year to come.
After a couple of year hiatus, the MFDA's economic forecast meeting is back this coming March 18th at 6:30pm. Once again ITR Economics will be providing a speaker who will dive into industry trends, overall general economic forecasts, and ITR's look at inflation and other issues that could affect us all over the next 12 months.
Like everything else these days it seems, this event is virtual, but it is also FREE to any employee of an MFDA member company. Non-member employees are welcome as well, but it will be a $100 charge per company to attend.
If you would like to join the session, please visit the registration page on the MFDA website. You will be emailed a link to the 90 minute session (60+ presentation, the balance Q&A) the morning of March 18th.
I hope that you and your family are all doing well and are safe and healthy. Have a great week.
