Dear Menomonee Falls High School Families,

Welcome to the 2026-2027 school year! We are thrilled to welcome both our returning students and those who are joining the Phoenix family for the very first time.

To kick off the year, we are hosting a Meet & Greet event in lieu of a traditional open house. This format is designed to give you and your student maximum flexibility to explore our campus and connect with our staff at your own pace.

Event Details

• Date: Thursday, August 27, 2026
• Time: 5:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.
• Location: Menomonee Falls High School

You are welcome to arrive at any time during this two-hour block that is most convenient for your family.

What You Can Expect

During the Meet & Greet, you and your student will have the opportunity to:

• Walk the Schedule: Navigate the building and find each classroom.
• Meet the Teachers: Drop into classrooms to speak with teachers and learn about the exciting curriculum planned for this year.
• Connect with Leadership & Support Staff: Speak with our administration team and school counselors.
• Tour the Building: Familiarize yourself with the campus layout.
• Gear Up: Visit the Trading Post School Store and the Falls Fan Gear Store to pick up your MFHS apparel.

We will provide more detailed information about the logistics of this event as we get closer to the date. We look forward to seeing you on August 27th and partnering with you for a fantastic school year!

School Registration is Open!

We hope you are enjoying your summer!

The Returning Student Registration portal for the 2026–2027 school year is now open.

All families are required to log in to the PowerSchool Parent Portal to:

• Update parent/guardian contact information
• Review and update student medical information
• Review and acknowledge required district agreements and policies
• Complete the registration process for each student

Please read all instructions before beginning:

Step 1: Log in to the PowerSchool Parent Portal by clicking here.

If you have not yet created a PowerSchool Parent Portal account, please get in touch with your child's school for setup instructions.

Step 2: Select the student you wish to register from the tabs at the top of the screen.

Step 3: Click the Returning Student Registration icon located near the bottom of the left navigation menu.

Step 4: Complete all required fields and click Submit.

Step 5: Pay student fees online. A payment link will appear after you submit your registration, or you may click here to pay online.

Step 6: Visit your school's Back-to-School webpage for additional information and any required forms!

2026 Back-To-School Fair

We're excited to see all SDMF families at the Back-to-School Fair!

School pictures will be taken for all SDMF students 4K-12 at the district wide Back-to-School Fair on August 12 & 13 from 10 a.m. – 6 p.m. at Menomonee Falls High School.

MFHS 2025-2026 Yearbooks

If you ordered a yearbook for the 25-26 school year, it will be available at the Back-To-School Fair on August 12th & 13th (10:00 am - 6:00 pm) in the burgundy gym. There will be a few for sale while supplies last. The cost is $75.

If you are unable to pick up at the Back-To-School Fair, they will be available starting August 17th in the main office during our summer hours, Monday - Thursday (7:00 am - 3:30 pm).

Picture Day Orders from VIP

Picture Days are August 12th & 13th (10 am - 6 pm) at the Back-to-School Fair. Please go to vipis.com shortly after photos are taken. You will be able to select your image for yearbook/composite (please remember to do so BEFORE it is selected for you) and place your online order. All orders will be delivered to your home. If you need further assistance, contact VIP at support@vipis.com.

26-27 Student Parking Passes: Order Online

• Complete the MFHS Driving/Parking Agreement Online
• Parking: $90 per semester/$180 a year (no payment plans)
• $2.00 daily - MUST park in the Stadium Lot (regardless of grade)
• Senior Parking Spot Lottery will be done at the Back-To-School Fair Aug 12th & Aug 13th (10 am - 6 pm) *Spots are limited!

Bob Rymer Cross Country Course Dedication Ceremony

August 15, 2026

10:30 @ Rotary Park.

Location of event is just north of the playgrounds and restrooms.

Refreshments and lunch provided after the ceremony at Shelter #2, just south of the playground.

We would love to have you join us for the dedication of the CC course and celebrate Bob’s legacy as a high school cross country and track & field coach!
