MGH Aspire Works Announces Limitless @ Biogen
Summer Internship Program for Neurodiverse Candidates
MGH Aspire Works is excited to announce a collaboration with Biogen on their Limitless @ Biogen Internship program . This new summer internship opportunity is specifically designed for neurodiverse college students who have completed at least one year of college. The 12-week program will include ongoing support for both managers and interns provided by MGH Aspire Works expert staff. Limitless @ Biogen is an exciting paid, full-time opportunity where qualified candidates can gain valuable work experience. The Internship will start on June 1st and run through August 21st. Locations and schedule will vary by placement.

MGH Aspire Works will provide the following services to Limited @ Biogen:

  • Interview Support - MGH Aspire Works staff will assist candidates with interview preparation support and provide individualized post-interview feedback sessions.
  • Weekly 2-hour Seminars - Internship participants will meet regularly as a team, facilitated by a MGH Aspire Works Career Counselor. Interns will receive on-going education on the professional skills needed to succeed in the workplace.
  • Biweekly Manager Meetings - MGH Aspire Works staff will provide a forum for Biogen managers to share best practices, offer program feedback and review individual intern's skill-building goals.
  • Career Counseling - Internship participants will receive weekly individualized consultation with an MGH Aspire Works Career Counselor.

Due to the current coronavirus situation in Massachusetts we recognize that planning for the future is difficult. Biogen is currently working on contingency plans and is determining if these paid internship positions can be performed remotely (online only). These arrangements will be communicated to each candidate on a case by case basis.
