Mental Health Resource Lists
Earlier this year, the Square One collaboration team created this 2-page Mental Health Resource List (local, regional and national resources). It is translated into multiple languages HERE). It was created before the #988 Suicide Line - read our bulletin to learn more about that resource.

Square One is a collaborative partnership between Westborough Public Schools, Westborough Youth & Family Services, the Rotary Club of Westborough, Westborough Public Library and Westborough Connects. It offers free programming and resources designed to support community education and resilience around substance use & mental health.

Wish you knew how to better support someone you care about who is going through a difficult time? Check out the Reach Out Westborough Emotional Resilience series of short videos (vídeos a la carta en español).

Reach Out Westborough is a program of Westborough Youth & Family Services, in collaboration with Westborough Connects. It is funded through a grant by the MetroWest Health Foundation.
