MHAC Reminds You to Do What Makes You Happy!

How to be Happy, According to Science
Here's what the research says about the things we can do every day to improve our happiness, even during immensely challenging times like the coronavirus pandemic.

Grieving Life and Loss
Many people are confronting the loss of a loved one to the novel coronavirus-a challenge made even more difficult by physical distancing orders that prevent them from saying goodbye in person or gathering with others to mourn. Deaths aren't the only losses that people are reckoning with, however. Millions of people are facing loss of employment and financial upheaval as a result of the pandemic.

Bereavement And Grief
In our hearts, we all know that death is a part of life. In fact, death gives meaning to our existence because it reminds us how precious life is.
