Hello all Futurity Participants,
I recently surveyed all MHAO Futurity participants giving three options for how we might handle the fact that there were no Futurity classes available for you in June this year. I wanted to let you know that with the cancellation of the PNW show, our direction is clear. We will add Futurity In-Hand classes and a Sweepstakes class for 3-yr-olds as well as 5-yr-old Futurity performance classes at the 2021 Oregon Morgan Classic.
We are able to do this because we had a successful Stallion Service Auction and we can carry forward the funds we raised to use as prize money to support these additional classes. This is the only year that we will do this. We will return to a normal schedule in 2022.
Thank you for taking the time to listen to our thoughts and provide feedback to us. We value each and every one of you. You are our breeders and we are so pleased to be able to offer you this Futurity. Thank you for all you are doing. We look forward to seeing you at OMC in 2021.
