Please find the attached letter that will be issued to all employer groups that are currently enrolled or were enrolled in Members Health Plan NJ between the dates of January 1, 2020 to current. The enclosed letter provides important information as it relates to the Plan Financial Deficiency and Assessment. Below we have also provided a COVID Summary Report showing COVID impact to the Plan beginning January 1, 2020 through June 30, 2021, as well as a Legislative Outreach Letter requesting assistance from COVID impact.
