MHS Consulting is happy to announce Jeremy Kauffman will move into the Managing Director role effective September 1.
“Jeremy Kauffman has worked with MHS Consulting for several years and has been a member of MHS for many more,” said Karen Lehman, MHS President/CEO. “The background and experience that he brings to this position will serve MHS Consulting very well. We’re excited for the skills and expertise that Jeremy will bring to the Managing Director role!”
Jeremy has been a Consultant with MHS Consulting since 2019 where he performed operations reviews, strategic-planning facilitation, team building, leadership development and served as interim executive leadership, among other duties. Additionally, Jeremy is certified in Everything DiSC.
Kauffman said, “I’m grateful for the opportunity to serve in this role. I look forward to working with the team to build upon our success and find new ways to help organizations be successful.” He added, “I would be remiss not to thank Alisa for her service to MHS and MHS Consulting. I wish her the best in her new role. She played a key part in helping me be prepared for this new challenge.” Alisa Miller’s last day will be August 31.
Kauffman is a licensed nursing home administrator and has over 25 years of experience working in senior living. He has held several senior and executive positions with a focus on long-range planning, effective organization culture, process improvement, and service line development with an emphasis on person-directed care.
Jeremy lives in Goshen, Indiana with his wife and 3 children. He is an active member of Waterford Mennonite Church.
