RAMADAN PRAYER TIMES

See Iqama times throughout Ramadan listed below. MIC Ramadan 2023 Prayer Calendar available for download below.

9:15PM: Isha Iqama, Taraweeh, and Khatira.

6AM: Fajr Iqama starting on first day of Ramadan. Will change throughout month.

2:30AM: Qiyam on weekends and last 10 nights.

1PM: Friday Jummah Prayer

Join us this Ramadan and hear the inspiring stories and lessons in this year's Ramadan Taraweeh Series: "Stories of the Prophets".

Isha will be held at 9:15PM throughout Ramadan followed by Taraweeh prayers. We will pray 8 rakats total each night praying 4 first then breaking for the khatira. After khatira we will complete the last 4 rakats of taraweeh and witr.

Prayers will be led by Imam Mohammed Faqih along with Sh. Seifedin Dessie, Dr. Hafiz Elahi, and other local reciters. We will also have guests throughout the month mentioned below:

COMMUNITY IFTAR

MIC will be providing community iftars on the weekends (carry out) and iftars and suhoor during the last ten nights of Ramadan (in person) for our community by sponsorships from generous community members.

Full and partial sponsorships are accepted.

First, please review the available slots in the sign up form and make your selection(s).

Faith Foundations has been an ongoing program in our city as different faith leaders visit places of worship and have honest conversations. This will be hosted at MIC this Ramadan on Sunday April 16th in the Naseem Hall at 6PM.

RAMADAN YOUTH EDUCATION

RAMADAN SUNDAY SCHOOL

Ages 4-12 // $50 Fee

Manarah Building // 11AM - 1:30PM

MIC will be providing a special Sunday School program tailored for Ramadan. The program will run every Sunday during the month from 11AM - 1:30PM and will provide a beneficial schedule for ages 4-12 covering Quran, Islamic Stories, Pillars of Islam, as well as games and activities.

Please note - Current Sunday School students do not need to re-register

RAMADAN CHILD CARE SERVICES & PROGRAMS

Ramadan Child Care

Ages 12 & Under Supervision Required

We are looking forward to a great Ramadan with you and our community. Throughout the month we will have a variety of services and rooms available for families with kids. Children ages 12 and under cannot be left unattended and are required to be supervised at all times with parents or in the available rooms that suit your children best. Please review the details in the flyers or contact us for more info.

MOMMY & ME STORYTIME

Join Mommy & Me Storytime for Children every Sunday at 11AM as it continues throughout the month of Ramadan at MIC.

NEEDY FAMILY PROGRAM

Multiply your good deeds and rewards in the blessed month of Ramadan. Help feed a needy Memphis-area Muslim family this Ramadan. You can take care of an average family for about $400 for the entire month.
