Dear Colleagues,
April is a time to celebrate the important role our military-connected students play while their families face sacrifices on behalf of our nation. On April 1, we kick-off the Month of the Military Child to
honor these students and show our support for all they endure, so their parents can uphold the oaths they took to support and defend our Constitution.
Across the nation, communities and schools will hold activities to show their appreciation and honor military-connected students. Please send your pictures, press releases, letters, and videos to the MIC3 national office staff at
mic3info@csg.org
so they can be shared through the Commission’s web page and social media.
Thank you for your hard work in support of military-connected students. Let’s show them how much we appreciate them and
‘Purple Up!’
Respectfully
John I. “Don” Kaminar
Chairman (AR)
