2023 State End-of-Year Report Guide

The Guide is available on MIC3.net - discover how states implement their programs, best practices, and inform stakeholders.

The Compliance Committee is responsible for monitoring member states under the terms of the compact and the Commission’s rules, and for developing appropriate enforcement procedures for the Commission’s consideration.

Under the interstate agreement, member states are required to submit an annual end-of-year report, which is posted on their MIC3 state webpage.

NEW! TOOLKIT FOR CAREGIVING FAMILIES

The US Department of Education recently released a toolkit which provides federal and non-federal resources, such as the Military Interstate Compact, that focuses on the academic, non-academic, and mental health needs of children living in military households - particularly Veteran caregiving households.

In accordance with Article VI, Section 1 of the Bylaws for the Military Interstate Children’s Compact Commission (MIC3), and the Government in Sunshine Act, 5 U.S.C. § 552b, the organization hereby gives notice of the Annual Business Meeting (ABM) of the Commission:
