From the NES Principal
Hello NES families! On behalf of the NES staff want to wish you all a happy holiday season. Thank you for sharing your children with us everyday, they really are a gift. Watching them grow and learn from kindergarten until 4th grade is THE BEST job!
Over the holiday, the NES office will have very limited office hours so please call first if you are planning to come in. Again, enjoy this special time with your families and friends!
NHS Principal Receives Transplant
As many of you know, Dan Warner, Narragansett High School Principal, has been in need of a kidney transplant for several years. This past weekend, he received the happy news that he has been matched with a donor and that his procedure can move forward immediately. We know you join us in wishing Dan and his family all the best as he undergoes this life-saving procedure.

Update -Surgery went well!
Narragansett Elementary School will be supporting Dan Warner by wearing Black and Gold on Tuesday, December 18th .  Principal Warner under went a kidney transplant on Monday December 10, 2018 at the University of Colorado Medical Center, black and gold are the University's colors. A photograph of the students and faculty who dress in black and gold will be taken and shared with Mr. Warner and his family.

PBIS PJ Day Friday December 21st

Students and Staff who wear PJs can donate $.50 to the PBIS fund.  We have put on several fun events with these funds.
Thank you to all our families and staff for your generosity for our Jonnycake Center Giving Tree donations.

NES did an amazing job of donating gift cards and gifts for our kids in need. We are grateful for your generosity.
Thank you for your continued donations for our veterans..we appreciate the toothpaste, soap, socks for our veterans. The box will be picked up on
 December 20th.
