Our slate of amazing coaches for the upcoming Select soccer season is set, and we're ready to form our teams at tryouts next month. 


 Select soccer is the middle tier of competition and commitment, between Recreational and Premier, allowing kids to develop and play soccer at a high level within our local community while maintaining a balance between school, family life, and other interests. Sign up now for Micro and Recreational soccer!

Registration is now open for our Micro (U6-U7) and Recreational (U8-U18) soccer seasons this fall. The sooner we get our teams formed, the sooner we can start scheduling our practices and games, so please register as early as possible!

MIFC Night at Seattle Reign FC match!

Join us on Saturday, May 19th for MIFC Family Night with the Seattle Reign as they battle the Chicago Red Stars. Game time is 7:00 pm, and you can purchase lower grandstand tickets for just $16 (valued at $27) at https://fevo.me/MIFC. This is a great opportunity for our players to see how the pros utilize the same core skills that we teach them every week in practice and to bond with their team. We also have opportunities for our players to walk onto the field with the Reign players before the game or shag balls during the match. Contact Jody Kris ([email protected]) if interested. First come, first served. The Reign players are also available for autographs following the game!

"Spring into Soccer!" drop-in clinics for preschoolers!
Our "Spring into Soccer" drop-in clinics provide preschoolers and their families a chance to get familiar with MIFC's program style in preparation for Microsoccer in the fall. Four Tuesdays in May, you can choose between two different sessions depending on whether your child attends morning or afternoon preschool.
When: Tuesdays, May 8th through May 29th. 10:00-11:15am or 1:00-2:15pm.
Where: Homestead Field (SE 40th Street, next to West Mercer Elementary). 
Cost: FREE. And no registration required. Just drop in when you can. No muss, no fuss.

Both Sarah and Erik are long-time members of our community with kids of their own who have participated in MIFC soccer, and this dynamic duo is already making a wonderful impact on the upcoming Rec soccer season this fall!
