Data Quality Dashboard

The Data Quality Dashboard provides your practice an assessment of the accuracy, timeliness and completeness of the data you’ve submitted to the registry. The Dashboard also provides scoring to indicate if the information in the application meets or does not meet expectations.

How do you access the Data Quality Dashboard? To easily access it, Select My Site on the top right of the MIIS Home Screen, then select Data Quality Dashboard.

The Data Quality Dashboard will display scores for the following areas:

  • Overall Score
  • Completeness (includes Patients and Immunizations)
  • Timeliness
  • Accuracy

The data used to determine dashboard scores come directly from all active patients associated to your site within the MIIS application as of the selected month and year. Data will only be counted from your provider site’s “Go-Live” date forward.

For more information about the Data Quality Dashboard, please view the Data Quality Dashboard Mini Guide.

Inventory Decrementing Tool

The Inventory Decrementing Tool generates a list of vaccines that were not deducted from a provider’s inventory when saved to a patient’s record. The tool allows users to correct errors to the immunization record and correctly deduct vaccine doses from their inventory.
