Summer front office hours 9:00AM to 2:00PM Monday, Wednesday and Thursday.
*PLEASE NOTE: The building is locked. If you arrive during the stated hours, please ring the bell and wait for assistance. If you plan on entering the building, ensure you follow all safety requirements.
FOODSTOP PROGRAMFOODSTOP
The FCS School Nutrition FoodStop Program will continue this summer. They will distribute food from 22 sites each Wednesday from 11:00AM until 1:00PM.
GUIDANCE COUNSELOR INFORMATIONGUIDANCE
The last day for Milton HS Guidance Counselors is Friday, June 4. After Friday, June 4, PLEASE USE THE FOLLOWING LINK TO CONTACT THE MILTON GUIDANCE DEPARTMENT:
An MHS Counselor will be available June 10, 17, 24 and July 1, 8, 15 from 8:00AM to 4:00PM only. After June 4, students/parents should complete the Summer Guidance Support Request Link to request assistance. A member of the Counseling Department check and respond to requests on the above dates.
*PLEASE NOTE
  • Summer Support Counselors cannot make schedule changes or approve Fall/Spring online courses.
  • Counselors return for the 20-21 School Year late July.

Summer Session 1- Fulton Virtual School (FVS):
June 3 - July 15 Summer Session 1 is for acceleration, recovering failed courses, and clearing incompletes.

Summer Session 2 \-Blended Summer School at Cambridge HS:
July 7 - July 31  Summer Session 2 is ONLY for students that need to clear an incomplete earned during second semester.
Three Types of Summer School Students:
  1. Failed a course (past semester or current semester): Students can only attend Session 1. BUT can also attend Session 2 ONLY for an incomplete course. Example: Failed first semester World History and received an Incomplete for second semester World History - This student will need to attend both Session 1 and Session 2 to recover the entire year of World History.
  2. Incompletes: Student have a choice of Session 1 or Session 2. If a student chooses Session 1, they will complete the ENTIRE semester during summer school.
  3. Accelerate (taking a course for the first time for HS credit): Students paying for Summer School courses to accelerate, can only attend Session 1.

NOTE: Counselors cannot make grade changes. If you feel the grade received is an error, you will need to email the Teacher and Subject Area Department Chair with your grade concern and to request a grade change.

INFINITE CAMPUSINFINITECAMPUS
Infinite Campus can be inaccurate, incomplete, and even unavailable most of the summer. Transcripts are available once grades are finalized, after report cards are sent home, through Parchment (see below).   Official Transcript Requests: Parchment https://www.parchment.com/u/registration/9541/account 
ADAP FOR LEARNER'S PERMITADAP
These certificates were given out at the completion of the drug and alcohol awareness portion in health class. We can only give a replacement if the student completed their health class at Milton and in the classroom.  Feel free to email nevelostc@fultonschools.org or  barral@fultonschools.org then it can be picked up in the front office or it can be mailed. If you are picking it up, please ring the front doorbell and it will be brought out to you on the days that the front office is open. https://dds.georgia.gov/adap-regulated-programs  
CERTIFICATE OF ENROLLMENTCERTOFENROLL
CERTIFICATE OF ENROLLMENT FOR DRIVER'S LICENSE:  These can be requested by emailing nevelostc@fultonschools.org and barral@fultonschools.org. You can then either pick them up from school or they can be mailed. If you are picking it up, please ring the front doorbell and it will be brought out to you on the days that the front office is open.   These forms are only valid for 30 days.
DIPLOMAS & REPORT CARDSDIPLOMAS
DIPLOMAS: Are being mailed to seniors. Students with outstanding obligations (issued device, textbook, athletic uniform, etc.) MUST CLEAR ALL ACCOUNTS before the diploma is sent home. Please contact the main office during noted hours for more information.  

REPORT CARDS:  Are currently being mailed to all students.

If a student will be withdrawing over the summer, please email Amy Barr barral@fultonschools.org for withdrawal information and to request paperwork for enrollment at the new school. Student should be sure all books and Surface items have been returned.
WORK PERMITSWORKPERMITS
Students who are 15 years old will need a work permit. Go to: https://dol.georgia.gov/get-youth-work-permit-online begin the process on-line, the employer fills out part 2, and then email barral@fultonschools.org and nevelostc@fultonschools.org Milton for the final print out.
YEARBOOK PICKUPYEARBOOK
If you have not picked up your yearbook, please come to the school only during posted hours. When picking up your yearbook, please ring the front doorbell and it will be brought out to you on the days that the front office is open.
