MINGLE to co-host Juneteenth Festival

MINGLE of the Pee Dee and Qulture will host the first annual Juneteenth QultureFest. The festival is scheduled to be held at 3027-C East Palmetto Street at 3pm on Saturday, June 19^th.

This year’s free event will bring together families from all over the Greater Pee Dee area for live entertainment and wellness education. We will be offering health resource and information booths, vendors, food, and exciting prizes.

Florence Northwest Park's basketball courts get beautified

MINGLE of the Pee Dee has partnered with Canvas the Courts in a community effort to canvas basketball courts at three Florence parks started in earnest Friday at Northwest Park with tape, chalk, creativity and determination.

Florence Chamber now taking applications for the Emerging Leaders Summer Institute

The Emerging Leaders Summer Institute is a program designed to generate professional training and development, mentorship, community engagement and recruitment opportunities.

The purpose is to identify, develop and empower “Emerging Leaders”, specifically minorities, small business owners and innovative professionals poised to move into the next level of community and business leadership.

Cost includes lunch and materials. While many candidates are sponsored by their employer, a limited number of partial scholarships are available.

Non-profit $199
Small/Minority Business $250
Corporate $500
