DWD Technology Group provides MIP product support Monday - Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm ET. We offer this through an annual support plan, or on a time and material basis.
If you require assistance outside of these hours, the DWD website offers MIP software tips related to the most frequently asked questions. The tips are designed to help users with step-by-step instructions.
Community Brands (Abila) also provides day-time MIP assistance as part of their required maintenance/support plan. Standard telephone hours are Monday - Friday from 7:00 am - 7:00 pm Central (800.945.3278). On-line Chat is available Monday - Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Central.
