MIP Lunch & Learn - How to Correct Common Mistakes in MIP
We’re introducing a new online educational series called the “MIP Lunch & Learn”. During these 60 minute online educational webinars, we’ll provide MIP users with helpful tips, best practice advice, and updates on new and upcoming product features.

The first MIP Lunch & Learn will cover common mistakes users make in MIP and what steps need to be taken to correct the issue.  

The session will be offered twice for your convenience. The same material will be covered in each session.

What's New in MIP Fund Accounting Version 2021.2
Released in December of 2021, MIP version 2021.2 contains several new features and enhancements. With the busyness of the holiday season and year-end processing, you may have missed learning about this new release.

MIP Fund Accounting 2021.2 - Improvements and new features

Modern user interface 

The Allocations module is now available within the Modern user interface:
  • Examples and setup instructions are provided for all Allocation Methods
  • User Security Rights automatically transfer from Classic to Modern
  • While processing allocations a progress bar appears, and users can navigate to other pages while reports are running.

A new Bank Feed feature was added within the Bank Reconciliation module:
  • Automatically match a linked bank account transaction to a MIP entry, making bank reconciliation easier and faster

Changes in browser support:
  • Added support for Chromium-based Microsoft Edge. Chrome is the recommended browser; Internet Explorer will no longer be supported.

Modern and Classic user interface 
  • Expanded API Endpoint capability now includes Fixed Assets functionality
  • This release includes several quality enhancements based on reported issues and customer feedback, see KB 26496 for details.
