       “Share The Love Bingo" 

On February 14, 2022, DELTA Inc. hosted bingo with Senior Citizens at the Bessemer Recreation Center that included Games, Prizes, and Fun! Board Member Emeritae, Shirley W. Taylor was the Bingo Caller.

“April Power In the Park” 

On April 30, 2022, in the Green Acres community at Rozelle Reynolds Park, DELTA Inc. hosted fun and fellowship with the community’s youth along with fostering relationships with members of Phi Beta Sigma from Miles College.

"B.Y.O.D. (Bring Your Own Device) Senior Training"

The Senior citizen training held on May 11, 2022, was attended by our seniors. The training consisted of troubleshooting smart phones, computer/laptop issues, sharing tips on internet and password security. Christopher Baldwin, a Chelsea High School Senior assisted!


"Sensational Senior Pageant"

June 19, 2022 was an evening of beauty, class, and elegance as nine (9) SENSATIONAL women ages 55+ wowed our audience at Huffman High School. The Emcee was Mrs. Deidra K. Diaz – Southern Regional Director – Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated. The Pageant Coordinator was Ms. Andrea Whitfield.  This Sensational evening also included Juneteenth Celebrations along with $13,500 in scholarships and endowments awarded to fifteen (15) students at area high schools and colleges. The talented and phenomenal Mr. Lefarich Foy, III, a 2022 graduate of Wenonah High School, saxophonist extraordinaire, entertained the audience during the pre-show and Juneteenth celebration. What a grand evening!
