We have some management news to share...Lauren Williams is transitioning to a new role with Restaurant Associates, departing the Samberg Center on August 30. Our best wishes and thanks go with Lauren as she leaves the MIT community!
Now, please welcome Brian Rice and Chance Andersen to the SCC team. Brian has assumed the role of General Manager at Samberg and of 100 Main Marketplace Cafe. He previously held the roles of General Manager at the New England Aquarium and Executive Director of East Meets West Catering and has a proven track record of leading premier catering teams and establishing service standards that lead to memorable guest experiences.
Chance Andersen joins the SCC as Senior Operations Manager, overseeing the service and operations team and working closely with social event clients. Chance worked with Restaurant Associates as the Service Director for Boston, followed by a Catering Sales Manager position for Off the Vine catering.
The entire SCC and Restaurant Associates team thanks you for your business and looks forward to another great year at MIT!
