Haul Out & Winterizing

Still enjoy your boat!

We just ask you get your haul out scheduled, by filling out the Haul Out & Winterizing form, and returning it to us as soon as you can.
This helps our service crew greatly.

MIYC Service is planning to start Hauling out boats September 8th through Oct 9th.

DINGHY UPDATE
All dinghies on the racks must be labeled with owners name and & boat name if available. 
All dinghies not labeled this fall will be removed from the racks and placed in the back of the North gravel yard.
Reminder in the Bylaws
Article VI:
Section 6.2

Sub-rental shall be accomplished only through the Club. Members may not individually sublease the slip assigned to them or allow others to use their slip.
Ballots for the 2020 MIYC Board have been mailed. Please return your completed ballot. To be counted, ballots need to be returned by September 4th, if mailed, or at the meeting. Remember there is one vote per membership. If you have any questions, please contact the office at office@miyc.net

In order to have a quorum, we do need each member to return his/her ballot or come to the meeting in person.
In effort to keep our members safe this year, the annual meeting on September 5th will be only a business meeting held at 4 pm to 5 pm. This meeting will be held at the Pub or Lighthouse Keepers Lounge, whichever is available. Of course, all full members and spouses are welcome but, in the spirit of social distancing you may want to limit your attendance to one person per membership.

For the safety of all, MIYC asks you to please follow these requirements when visiting MIYC:

Fuel Dock:
Please maintain social distance of 6' or more.
Please exit your vessel when fueling or pumping out.

Ship Store Requirements:
Face Masks (nose and mouth covered) is required in the Ship Store
No more than 5 people in the Ship Store at a time,
while maintaining social distancing.
Curbside is available, please call 715-747-2655

Ship Store's New policy:
No returns on clothing or cloth purchases during COVID-19

Restrooms:
Limit of 3 persons in the restroom at a time.
Bleach spray and paper towels are in restrooms for you to use.

Member's Lounge:
Saturday Doughnuts are canceled for 2020 season.
Please limit the number of members in the member's lounge at the same time, to 6 people.

Cleaning:
MIYC Staff is continuing to clean frequently touched areas throughout the day, everyday.
