Finals are coming and the semester is concluding! We are so happy you have finished the semester, and we hope you have finished strong. Proficiency Volunteers Needed
On January 11th, MJC Agriculture will be hosting the proficiency day for 4-H. We will be in need of extra help, and this help can be used for hours in spring classes. It will be hosted in the MJC ACE Pavilion. Note that this is during our Christmas break, so if you are interested in helping please let Mr. Gravatt know soon!

CAFB Conference
On December 8th-9th, our discussion meet team will be travelling to Monterey for the California Farm Bureau Conference. Here we will have Ag ambassadors run a booth at the career show, and our team members will be able to network and gain more information to benefit them for their upcoming contest.

High individuals in goats: 5th Kimber Tavares, 4th Spencer Francesconi, and 2nd Irelyn Bese
High individuals in hogs: 4th Vincent Bogetti, 2nd Kilee Carrera-Gillard, and 1st Kimber Tavares
High Individuals in Reasons: 3rd Irelyn Bese and 1st Brooke Mulhern
High Individuals Overall: 4th Irelyn Bese, 3rd Kilee Carrera-Gillard, and 1st Kimber Tavares
(High teams were not announced, but the individual results speak for themselves; MJC beat Fresno and Linn Benton)

Brook Mulhern 1st in reasons
Brooke 1st and Kimber Tavares 7th high individuals overall
Brooke Mulhern won the sweepstakes award for her two-day performance at both contests!
