Quarter Scale is Back!
Quarter Scale is a contest where Junior College's and Universities from around the nation build tractors and demonstrate their knowledge in; engineering, mechanics, and marketing!

This is starting Spring 2020!

Senior Day Re-Cap
The 2019 Modesto Junior College Senior took place on Friday, October 4, 2019. 240 senior high school students in California attended Senior Day so they could come tour and learn about the MJC Agriculture department. The students came to learn about the different opportunities the MJC Agriculture department offers. In the ACE Pavilion the students had the opportunity to walk around and learn about all of the degrees and certificates within the department.

YF Meeting & Apparel!
The Young Farmers club is excited and ready for the upcoming meeting October 24th! The YF club will be taking two buses to Dell'Osso Farms, a pumpkin patch with rides and a haunted house! It will cost $10, and you can turn this into Mr. Amador or Mrs. Boyd. Not to mention, check out our new apparel, it is open this week and will close Monday the 21st of October. Be sure to order soon!

Associated Feed Show Camp
Harvest Party - November 9th!
Attention MJC students! The annual Harvest Party in the Pavilion will be November 9th. We are in need of any and all help! Please mark this day on your calendars, and promote this amazing dinner to your family and friends. There will be a live band, great food, amazing people, and an auction. We hope to see you there!
Dairy Heifer Sale and Judging Success!
Congratulations the the Dairy Cattle Evaluation Team and their 4th High Team award. Team members Joey Freitas, Gabrielle Gregerio, Marco Marsiglio, and Elizabete Neves competed against other community colleges across the nation.

The entire MJC community are extremely proud of this achievement!
