Drive-In Movie
On Friday, October 23rd, the Young Farmers Club attended the Grand Oak Drive-In at Turlock Fair Grounds. Students had the option of watching two movies, Hotel Transylvania, and Monsters Inc., at a discounted price of $15. It was a great way to spend time with friends and family while practicing social distancing. We’re very excited to connect with fellow club members at our upcoming Young Farmer activities!

Thank you to Tina Giron and Rob Stevens for their Pathways update! Additional thanks to Tim Solis and Kim Bailey for their assistance with Counselor Night.
We appreciate you!
Senior Day
On Wednesday, November 4-6, MJC Agriculture held a Virtual Senior Day. Traditionally, this event would take place in the ACE Pavilion, with Senior high school students visiting from surrounding areas. With this year’s virtual format, we were able to reach many students from around the state of California! These seniors gained valuable information on the MJC Agriculture Department as a whole, as well as on registering for MJC classes, their chosen majors, how to get involved, and Instructional Lab Units. Overall, this was a successful event that recruited many students to our department!
