The Family Yoga Project: Disconnect to Reconnect for School-Aged Children
FREE 4 WEEK EVENT offered to school-aged children and their family. Meet the instructors, Laura Ruby (owner of Ruby Yoga, LLC), Joanna Martin (owner of Playful Explorations), and Joey Waters (long time Warren County educator) as they talk about this FREE offering! Move your body, work on breathing, practice mindfulness, and let go of stress during your Family Yoga time. Flower Arranging is a favorite Practical Life activity for children! Primary parents can help make the Primary classrooms beautiful and provide meaningful work for the children by bringing in a small bouquet of flowers. Thin stems that are easily cut are the best choice for children. Some great choices include carnations, lilies, daisies and mums. To help, please select a week to send in fresh flowers for your child's class using the links below.
