Reminder that the Access by Appointment feature was enabled on 10/06/2020 for Realcomp SentriLock Appointments.
The biggest change agents will see if you use a SentriLock card the cards will no longer work on Realcomp lockboxes.
Members will still be able to use the SentriKey Mobile app when access lockboxes as long as the appointment has been made in ShowingTime.
As it’s been designed on the ShowingTime’s end, the appointment will not show up in the SentriKey’s app Schedule until 30 minutes before the scheduled showing takes place. If members have a scheduled showing in a remote area, where they do not have cell coverage, SentriLock has advised agents to open the SentriKey app within that 30 minute window or they may experience issues accessing the lockbox.
