Do's Add the listing into Paragon MLS prior to posting on any 3rd party or social media website. Use the "Branded Virtual & Video Tour" links when posting a listing on social media website. Use the unbranded "Virtual/Video Tour" links when posting in the MLS. Use an unbranded front elevation photo as your primary picture in the Paragon MLS. Use Paragon MLS to advertise an open house.

Don't Don't post a property on social media or any 3rd party website, unless the listing has been entered into Paragon MLS first. Don't add a branded virtual or video tour on the "Virtual/ Video Tour" links in the MLS. Don't advertise a listing without promoting your office Company name and office phone number or office address. Don't post a photo in Paragon MLS with REALTOR® signage in the pictures. Don't promote a Company/Agent name, email address or phone number in the Public Remarks.
