Manufactured Home Park Listings
As of January 1, 2021 the Southeastern Michigan MLS will be removing the ‘Manufactured Home Park’ listing category from the MLS. Manufactured listings can still be input into the Residential Listings for sale or rent in the MLS as long as the land is included as part of the sale.

Paragon Connect is set for testing on Monday, December 21st. Locate Paragon Connect under the Resources tab in the MLS.
Retiring the SentriCard® in 2022
Effective January 1, 2022, agents will no longer have the ability to use the SentriCards for lockbox access.
Members with SentirLock access can download the "SentriKey® Real Estate app".

This link allows agents to view and open their listings to access the Single Property Website and share their listing on their favorite Social Media Outlets. Simply access the link under your Resources icon and click your listing to share.
