A simple, intuitive interface: all the tools you need in one place, easily drag, drop, delete and rotate pages, and more.

Faster than ever: the new framework, combined with a more efficient workflow, also allows you to complete signings in less than half the time. New signing templates allow you to save default annotation properties and create automatic signature blocks. Plus, with an active sync with Transactions (TransactionDesk Edition) you only have to enter contact information once. 

New insights: Now you can quickly correct rejected signatures and have access into insights, so you know why a signature was not accepted.

In today’s uniquely competitive market, buyers are using a number of different strategies in an effort to make their offer stand out against all others. Michigan Realtors® developed a form designed to help Realtors® educate and ensure that clients are making informed decisions. Specifically, the new form allows the Buyer to acknowledge and accept the risks associated with waiving an inspection, agreeing to a nonrefundable earnest money deposit and/or providing an appraisal guaranty.

NOTICE TO REAL ESTATE AGENTS AND HOMEOWNERS

City of Southgate Resale Inspection Policy:

As of July 12, 2021 all residential dwellings are required to have the exterior inspected prior to sale of the property. Any property with a fully signed purchase agreement before July 12, 2021 will not require an exterior inspection. A Certificate of Compliance shall be valid for one sale or transfer of a dwelling. A new inspection shall be required each time the dwelling is sold or transferred.
The inspection fee is $200.00 which includes the initial and final inspection. The homeowner has the option to either make all necessary corrections to obtain a Certificate of Compliance or they can sell the property “as is”. The buyer can assume the repairs but must put $1000.00 in escrow along with signing an affidavit assuming violations and escrow agreement BEFORE closing, the affidavit would then be used as the closing document.  
Inspection reports will be available via the email provided, mailed or in person pickup within 5 business days after the inspection.
