LISTING PROCEDURES - Section 1.01 Clear Cooperation:

Within one (1) business day of marketing a property to the public, the listing broker must submit the listing to the MLS for cooperation with other MLS participants. Public marketing includes, but is not limited to, flyers displayed in windows, yard signs, digital marketing on public facing websites, brokerage website displays (including IDX and VOW), digital communications marketing (email blasts), multi-brokerage listing sharing networks, and applications available to the general public. (Adopted 02/2020)

Note: Exclusive listing information for required property types must be filed and distributed to other MLS Participants for cooperation under the Clear Cooperation Policy. This applies to listings filed under Section 1 and listings exempt from distribution under Section 1.3 of the NAR model MLS rules, and any other situation where the listing broker is publicly marketing an exclusive listing that is required to be filed with the service and is not currently available to other MLS Participants.

On February 25, 2020, they will have access to powerful new features in the SentriKey ® Real Estate app to help them simplify the home showing process.
Showing Instructions
No more fumbling with papers or searching for alarm codes when showing a home. The SentriKey Real Estate app will display any stated showing instructions as soon as the app opens the lockbox key compartment.
Property Details
After displaying showing instructions, property data such as bedrooms, baths, square footage and more appear.
Manually Ending a Showing
With just one click, the showing agent can manually indicate that a showing has ended. This allows the homeowner to return to their residence in a timely manner.
My Schedule
There’s a great way to keep track of showings you input in the app, and see your team’s schedule, with the My Schedule function.
All these new features will be available on February 25. Be sure to remind your members to update their app that day, or encourage them to set their phone or tablet on auto update.

Note that on March 3, SentriLock will require that an app update is performed, prior to its use.

Access by Appointment
The Access by Appointment (ABA) feature will be available shortly after February 25. This feature will not be available to all organizations and must be activated for each individual association by the SentriLock Customer Relationship Manager.
1.     The association must be an “app use only” association. This feature cannot be used where smartcards are still in use. 
2.     The association and its members must use only Bluetooth®-enabled lockboxes.
If your organization would like to explore using the ABA feature, please contact your Customer Relationship Manager to discuss conditions, limitations, and activation.
NOTE: No communication will go from SentriLock to agents on the ABA feature. Associations should communicate the feature to members prior to activation.
