What is MLS United?
MLS United is your new enhanced MLS Experience. The Gulf Coast Association of REALTORS®, Central Mississippi REALTORS®, and Northwest Mississippi REALTORS® all came together to create a new MLS that offers more data, more services, and more access to all of our members. This will replace your current MLS.
 
When will MLS United be live?
MLS United will be launching in October 2021! Your current MLS is working hard in conjunction with all three associations to bring everything together to be ready for the Fall launch.

Gulf Coast and Northwest Mississippi REALTORS® will go live the first week of October and Central Mississippi REALTORS® will go live the fourth week of October.
 
Where will MLS United’s Service area be?
The service area for MLS United will cover the current service areas of Mississippi Gulf Coast MLS, Central Mississippi MLS, and Northwest Mississippi MLS, and the entire state of Mississippi. If an MLSU member has a listing anywhere in the state, they will be required to enter it into MLS United's MLS.
 
Will members have access to data only in their area or of the entire MLS United?
Members of MLS United will have access to all the data for the entire service area. This also means that MLS United members can list homes in the entire service area.
 
How will MLS United bill for MLS service?
MLS United will bill individual members bi-annually with invoices due on October 1 and April 1. MLS service fees will be $270 for members of GCAR, CMR, or NWMR and $370 for MLS-only members per 6-month billing period. Invoices will be paid online in the MLS United member dashboard with a credit or debit card or by telecheck. The first invoice due October 1, 2021, is available now.
 
What services will be offered will MLS United?
MLS United is excited to offer its members an extensive list of new tools and services! Members will have access to:
  • FlexMLS and FlexMLS Mobile App with data across the state and beyond 
  • Realist Tax Service with auto-population for MLS data entry 
  •  ShowingTime showing service for easy-to-set appointments  
  •   ZipForms Plus+ with access to Digital Ink, MobileApp, and MLS Connect 
  • Lonewolf/Zipforms Transaction Management Platform to track and manage transactions 
  • Cloud CMA for creating print and digital Comparative Market Analyses 
  •  Expanded data and information from NAR’s RPR  
  •  Secure lockbox and eKey service with Supra*  *Supra is an additional fee
  •  3 service locations and extended after-hours service 
 
How will my Supra e-key change?
Eventually, secure lockbox and e-key service from Supra will be offered throughout the entire MLSU service area. At that time, your e-key will be able to open a lockbox from any MLS United member across the state. This date will be announced soon. Until then, your service area for Supra will remain the same as it is now. Supra e-key service is an additional monthly fee of $15.95, plus tax, and is paid directly to Supra through auto-draft payments.
 
Beginning October 1, Supra lockboxes will be available for $99.00 each, plus tax. Lockboxes will no longer be subsidized by the MLS and will be sold at cost. The current $50 lockbox subsidy will end in October 2021 when MLS United goes live.

Will I still have access to Mississippi forms through MLS United’s Zipforms Plus?
Yes, as long as you are a member of the Mississippi Association of REALTORS®, you will still have access to Mississippi contracts and forms in MLS United’s Zipforms Plus platform. Your service will also be upgraded to include Digital Ink, Zipforms e-signature service, and MLS connect, which will allow information from MLS United to be auto-populated into forms within Zipforms and vice-versa. All of this is included in the price of your MLS United bi-annual service fee! A money-saving feature for you and your office!

Will there be training offered for the new MLS and other services?
Yes! MLS United will have training options available to all members to learn how to use all these great new tools and services. Dates and registration will be announced soon.
 
Will the MLS United staff still be located at my Association office?
Yes! Staff for MLS United will be located at all three association offices. Members will not notice much of a change in service with MLS United, except that staff from all three locations will be able to assist members across the state. 
*Documents are subject to change at MLS Board of Managers' discretion.

Reminders:

  • MLS United Service fees are $270 semi-annually for members of GCAR, NWMR, and CMR and $370 semi-annually for MLS-Only members. This will replace your quarterly MLS service fee.

  • The invoice will be due October 1, 2021, and will be for MLS service for October 2021- March 2022. All MGCMLS members are currently paid through September 30, 2021.

  • All payments will still be accepted online only.

  • Supra e-key service will be a separate monthly payment of $17.07 paid directly to Supra via auto-draft.
