Pool Update
Dear Current and Future Members,

We hope this email finds you safe and healthy. Our top priority continues to be your safety and the safety of our staff. While we still don't have much information on the status of pools, we do know that we will not be opening on May 23rd, as planned. We are saddened by this, but are still optimistic that we will have a great pool season! There are still many unknowns. We will likely have a limit on how many people can be on the property at any given time. In an effort to maximize our members' time at the pool, we have made the difficult decision to start the 2020 pool season with no guests or parties. We know this is disappointing, but it is the safest and most practical solution given the circumstances.

SwimSafe, our management company, is working around the clock to have staff and lifeguards certified and ready to go when we get the green light! They are working directly with Governor DeWine's office to ensure that we can offer a safe environment to our members and staff. Tables and chairs will most likely be distanced (a minimum of 6 ft.) from one another and sanitizing procedures will be put in place to ensure that members can clean their area between visits. The Snack Shack will be open with a scaled back menu along with PPE provided for all food workers. We have ordered sanitizing stations that will be placed around the pool along with spray solutions that SwimSafe will use for daily cleanings. Tennis will also likely begin with restrictions as mandated. Jonathan is working hard to create a safe and clean environment up at the courts!

This is still a very fluid, ever-changing process and while we are doing our best to make the most informed decisions, some of these things might change. As stated in our previous email, much of this will be driven by the state (Governor DeWine), the CDC, and the Cincinnati Health Department guidelines. As new information becomes available, we intend to send out the MLSTC re-opening guidelines. We will continue to keep you all updated and hope to be in contact over the next few weeks!

We very much appreciate your patience and understanding during this process.
Thank you,
MLSTC Board
