MAT Services Available
Golden Valley Health Centers (GVHC) has developed a MAT (Medication Assisted Treatment) Program for Opioid Use Disorder and have been serving patients under the new program since July 15, 2019.

They would like to maximize the opportunity for serving more patients that are interested in recovering from opioid addiction and are open to referrals from anyone in the community. They will take any patients regardless of who the primary care provider is.

The program is a combination of Rx (Suboxone) and counseling with their behavioral health team (including substance use disorder counselors, case managers and dedicated nurses for MAT).

To refer a patient to the GVHC MAT Program, physicians, non-physician providers or staff can call the number included in their flyer. These flyers can also be printed and distributed to your patients.
