PEACE CAMP IN ALTADENA


Peace Camp is returning to First Presbyterian Altadena! This fun, creative, and peacemaking event will be held July 21-25, 9 am to 2 pm, and all children ages 5-13 are welcome.

CHAPLAINS FOR RETIRED CHURCH WORKERS


With support from the House of Rest, we are able to provide support to retired pastors, missionaries, church workers, and their families. With the retirement of chaplains Diane Frasher and Rob Crowell, and with input from Monte Vista Grove and Westminster Gardens, we are seeking a full-time lead chaplain based at Monte Vista Grove and a stipended chaplain (less than 25%-time) at Westminster Gardens. Please see the attached position descriptions.

Facilities Manager - Westminster Presbyterian Church


The Facility Manager will manage, support, and maintain the Westminster

Presbyterian Church (WPC) campus, which includes the buildings, grounds, parking lots, and the Westminster Pasadena Foundation (WPF) rental properties. The Facilities manager will perform miscellaneous maintenance duties as needed.

Please pray for those being targeted by ICE, including those in danger of deportation and those who simply look like

them or advocate for them. 


Also, please pray for the Middle East, that peace will still the attacks and innocent lives will be saved.

HEALING TOGETHER: OUR CHILDREN'S MENTAL HEALTH AFTER THE EATON FIRE


Children today are facing extraordinary challenges, from the devastation of the Eaton Fire to the many stressors affecting their mental health. This Town Hall

will provide valuable resources to

help adults support children

in coping with trauma and loss. 


The event features expert presentations followed by a Q&A session, offering practical guidance and insights. Please RSVP to attend in-person or online.
