Want to take Sunday off from the Kitchen?
Some of you have noticed a lovely smell wafting down the hallway Sunday Mornings. Chef Anthony Walsh of Clay Pots Catering rents our kitchen. He prepares Sunday dinner that is available for pick up between 12:30 and 1:45 Sunday afternoon.
This week Anthony is preparing one of his favourite things to eat. Roasted Ontario leg of lamb. Served with dauphinoise potatoes, cauliflower gratin, braised spiced red cabbage, natural jus.
