Next Sunday, our worship service will be focused on Psalms of Lament and Praying for Ukraine. As part of our worship, we will also be covenanting with all people serving on committees at Marshall for the coming year.

WORSHIP during Lent will be on theme "With what shall I come before the Lord?", focused on the Psalms:

Outreach made a $1000 donation on behalf of Marshall to 'Save the Children" for Ukrainian Children and Families. Our donation will be matched by Telus. Thanks goes out to our great soup chefs and the wonderful support of the congregation. Together we continue to Walk in God's Way and Serve in God's World.

BIBLES AVAILABLE!

The Worship Committee has about 100 bibles that they would love to offer to Marshall parishioners and their family and friends. We will have the Good News bibles in the foyer this Sunday and for following Sundays until they are gone. A goodwill donation would be gratefully received.

Alternatively, please call Henrietta, our Office Administrator, at 905-648-4631, if you are unable to make it to Church and she will put one aside for you with your name on a sticky note and attached to it.

New bibles to replace these have already been ordered thanks to an anonymous donation from a Marshall family. Thank you for helping us find a new home for these precious books!

Sunday March 27th during and after the church service, we will be honouring all those who serve on Committees at Marshall. We are blessed to have dedicated individuals who "Walk in God's Way and Serve in God's World" among us. Following next week's service, we will offer, for the first time in two years, Coffee and Conversation in the Gathering Place. Cake will be served!

Tax season is upon us. To help make your tax return filing easier, trained volunteers from the Community Volunteer Income Tax Program are offering a free drop-off (first-come, first-served) or by-appointment service in March and April at Central Library and the Barton, Dundas, Red Hill, Terryberry and Turner Park branches.

Research Survey

Want to take Sunday off from the Kitchen?

Some of you have noticed a lovely smell wafting down the hallway Sunday Mornings. Chef Anthony Walsh of Clay Pots Catering rents our kitchen. He prepares Sunday dinner that is available for pick up between 12:30 and 1:45 Sunday afternoon.

This week Anthony is preparing one of his favourite things to eat. Roasted Ontario leg of lamb. Served with dauphinoise potatoes, cauliflower gratin, braised spiced red cabbage, natural jus.

Order options: 2-3 people $80 3-5 people $95
