Hello MN Select Families!

We are excited to announce that on Monday, June 1, we will begin our reopening of MN Select Volleyball Center. Phase 1 will allow us to hold private lessons. June 1 – June 7, these lessons will be restricted to one-on-one training or to athletes from the same household with a single coach. Court rentals can also be made but are also limited to individuals from a single household.

 

We plan to open small group lessons, court rentals to individuals beyond a single household, and summer camps on June 8.

MN Select Administration

To schedule lessons, the following information will need to be sent to [email protected]. See chart below for communication timeline requirements . Due to the amount of administrative and facility demands that scheduling court use requires, we will strictly enforce the reservation lead time requirements indicated in the chart below.

The following information will be required to make a reservation. Reservations will be allowed between 9:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m.

All staff members, coaches, and athletes will have a scheduled time for their usage of the facility that coincides with the utilization requirements below. All staff members, coaches, and athletes (and parents entering the building) will be required to electronically sign a waiver / letter of understanding (below) and comply with the listed procedures and requirements. Reservations should be made, and waivers should be signed by 5pm on a weekday prior to the next day lesson, and by noon on the weekends for the next day (see chart below for clarification). Reservations are made only by emailing [email protected] (texting a reservation will NOT be accepted). RESERVATIONS MUST BE CONFIRMED, THIS IS NON-NEGOTIABLE.

MN Select will no longer accept on site payments by check or cash for court rental fees. For lessons, please pay the coach who is training you and they are responsible for paying MN Select. Families are only responsible for court rental payments with their own direct rentals.

Please pay us on Venmo (@MNSelect) or use one of the links to pay by credit card. Please specify in the Venmo comments the date and time of rental.

Until further notice, anyone who enters MN Select Volleyball Center will be required to read our Safety Procedures and Preparedness Plan and complete the Assumption of Risk and Waiver of Liability PRIOR TO ENTERING THE FACILITY . Click the link below for a copy of the document.

Coaches and Individual Renters: More information will be communicated to you directly on your responsibilities for maintaining and leaving a safe and clean court area and equipment for the next individuals.

As of now, registration for Summer Camps and Programming is open and we plan to hold camps as scheduled.

As we re-open and conduct trainings throughout the summer, we are working very diligently to maintain procedures to mitigate the risks of COVID-19 infection to our customers, staff, and community. However, some opportunities may not be able to occur based on guidance from local authorities.

In the event MN Select is not able to offer a program for which you register, we will refund your registration fee for the program (or the pro-rated value of the program if it has already begun). Moreover, if your circumstances change and you wish to withdraw from an offering for which you previously registered, we will refund your registration fee for the program (or the pro-rated value of the program if it has already begun).
