NEW STAFF MEMBER:
Brittani Dilworth

We are excited to introduce our newest staff member, Brittani Dilworth! Brittani is currently pursuing her graduate degree in mechanical engineering and brings a number of skills and talents to the MNTC team. Brittani is determined to learn to play tennis in her free time so you may find her on the courts with her husband who has always enjoyed tennis.

What are your hobbies?
"My main one is fitness, overall fitness and health. I wake up at 5 am and go to the gym with my husband every morning. We made ourselves early birds so we get to enjoy coffee and breakfast together before we workout, which not many people get the luxury of doing."

Can you use three words to describe your life right now?
"Simple, enjoyable, and meaningful. I have come to learn to value my time more. Time is an asset that's limited. You're never promised tomorrow."

Where can you see yourself in five years? What do you want to achieve?
I plan on teaching STEM courses as a university professor and will hopefully have done that for a few of those years. I know I will travel at least once every year and I hope to be living in an even more meaningful and simple way.

Where do you find inspiration?
"Usually from nature and the natural world, but ultimately I find it within myself."

What is your favorite aspect of working at MNTC so far?
"I love it. I love coming in and the members are so welcoming, kind, and some are quite hilarious."
