The MOE SL® Hand Guard, Carbine-Length – AR15/M4 for firearms with carbine-length gas systems and an A2 front sight* provides modular flexibility with M-LOK® accessory slots in a lightweight, sleek, cost-effective design. Designed with versatility in mind, M-LOK slots at the two, six, and ten o'clock positions allow the attachment of optional Picatinny rail sections and other direct-attach M-LOK accessories for the mounting of tactical lights, slings, grips, etc.
Reinforced, heat-resistant polymer construction provides operational durability without the weight and expense of an aluminum rail hand guard. A large front extension and lower lip protects the user from the hot front sight assembly and maximizes useable hand guard length.

This 14.7" A2 Upper Assembly is your perfect retro 80s and 90s upper.
The FNH 14.7" barrel is chrome lined and machined from 4150 Chrome Moly Vanadium 11595E steel, rifled 1 x 7" RHT. An A2 Flash Suppressor, standard A2 Front Sight base with sling swivel and bayonet lug are installed using taper pins.
The assembly includes premium quality rifle length handguards molded from a fiberglass composite for heat resistance in sustained fire - they will not deform when subjected to high barrel heat.
The flash hider is pinned and welded for NFA compliance. You can use this upper with any rifle lower.

TNTE 4150 1/7 M4 Upper
This upper has a 16" Green Mountain M4 profile barrel with a 1/7 RH military twist rate. There are two small blemishes that are cosmetic only. One the barrel the stamping has extra. On the side of the receiver there is some dry film lube on the left side.
The button rifled barrel is 4150 chrome-moly steel with a chrome lined bore. We are using 7075-T6 forged M4 feed ramped uppers. It's only a 16" long barrel and it also it has a 5.56 NATO chamber. We recommend a 55-62gr bullet for best accuracy. The hand guards are heat shielded Mil-Spec.

Here is one of our favorite custom builds. We decided to try and rebuild the old school USAF 604. These are using a true 20" .625 pencil barrel with a 1/12 twist. The barrel is made of 41V50 steel and the chamber/bore is chrome lined. We have also used a A1 Bird cage flash hider on it. Upper receiver is black finished. Handguards are our new production. BCG and Charging handle are not included.

Forward Assist Plug
This plug replaces the forward assist in your AR-15. In some cases, the forward assist has been known to break causing the weapon to "jam" and not allowing the bolt to cycle, this plug will alleviate that.
