MOHR board to consider special minimum wage: 14(c)
Members: The MOHR Board will discuss the 14(c) special minimum wage certificate at upcoming meetings. Members are encouraged to make this an agenda item at their region meetings to discuss and share their thoughts on this work option.
The change in seasons is upon us, and I am pleased to report that MOHR is actively working on several positive initiatives.

It’s always refreshing and informative to hear from members at the Legislative Conference in August. At the end of the conference, attendees cast their votes for the upcoming issues they deem most important. MOHR’s Government Affairs Committee uses this information to draft a legislative work plan for the 2020 Legislative Session.

We want to be good listeners, and there are several ways for members to stay in touch. Our lobbyists are touring the northern and southern portions of the state this season to meet with members and hear their concerns. Kevin Goodno and Anni Simons excel at answering questions, providing perspective, and taking member concerns to the Capitol. See the schedule here and please participate when you can.
