WAITING

Do you like to wait? If you are like me then probably not, but I have learned that often it is for my own good to wait.

Most of us want things done now. Yet, there are so many blessings that come to those that wait. Image eating a half-baked cake, or half cooked food. How about half working internet? Or even a half-baked relationship? No one wants a half of a paycheck either.

God has perfect timing for events to happen. Even when Jesus came on the scene it was not one day early and not one day late. Patience is a wonderful gift. We develop it through situations that make us have to wait.

Even an expectant mother has to wait the full term for the baby, or it may be born with problems from being “premature.”

Remember next time when you are in a situation that requires waiting...it may just be God letting you know that if things happen in your time, it might be “premature” and problems will arise.

Rest in this fact my friends—God is a know it all. His timing is perfect!

When you fail, do not run from God. Run to God and ask Him to forgive you. When you run from God you set yourself up for a fall. God is willing to forgive you if you repent.

Today, like never before God is calling His true remnant believers to faithfully come before Him and to seek His Face. Yes, it’s time for you to sincerely stand in the gap and pray. Just know that it’s only there in God’s Presence of worship, with prayers of intercession, praise and thanksgiving... That He will still your heart, calm your fears and quieten your mind. It’s also there in God’s Presence that He will send angels of protection to those who are in danger or in need. Just remember that you’ve come too far to look back now…And I know you’ve been in it to win it. So go ahead and strike up the band for its victory time for you; Just be sure that you’re ready to receive it in Jesus Name.
