NO PEACE WITHOUT GOD’S PEACE
There is no peace without the peace of God. You can try the world’s way, but it will not last. Only God can give you the security of knowing all is well even in the midst of the storm.
Jesus is our peace! He is the one that calmed the storm, and he has given us authority to do the same. We overcome fear by speaking the Word of God. Whatever the need is, God has a promise in His Word for that need. Sometimes you have to dig deep. Like gold, the promises seldom are lying on the surface. You must be determined to find them. This means you must take time to read the “Manual.” You can never know the promises if you do not read the book that contains the promises!
You can live a life free from fear, free from sickness and free from lack, by believing in God’s promises. Really, you would say? Yes, my friend. God has a promise for every situation, but you have to find the promise and have the faith to believe for them. That is where the fight of faith comes in.
You can never give up! You must believe God’s promises until you see the results. Is it easy? No way!! It is exercise! No one likes to do exercise, but when you continue, you feel so much better. It is an exercise of faith to find the promises, then lay hold of them, and believe without doubting that they are for you.
You must develop your own faith. You cannot depend upon the Pastor, your Mother, your sister, friends, your spouse, or anyone else. It is up to you to bring the promises into your life!
Go dig today, and you will certainly see things change in your life!
