HAPPY 2022! How crazy is it to say 2022 out loud!?!
Sometimes I wonder “how the heck did we get through 2020 AND 2021!” With the past two years, I’m convinced we are all kicking off this year the absolute strongest we have ever been. Forget the resolutions, we made it to another year, another day, another hour, another Zoom, another event, another meeting that could have been an email. Congratulations and WOW. You are already crushing 2022!
First and foremost, I need to give a massive THANK YOU to Visit Mexico, Hotel Xcaret Arte, and MPI Caribe Mexicano Chapter for welcoming us to your beautiful country and fully sponsoring our board’s mid-year retreat. We accomplished so much as a board and are excited to Foster our Future even further in the next half of our fiscal year. Second, I hope you have all signed up for our educational virtual experience, Leveraging the Enneagram: Enhance Your Communication and Leadership Skills on January 19th. If you have not had the time to sign up, register today here!
As we all tiptoe carefully into 2022,
LOSE the weight of doubt in yourself.
EXERCISE your gift of kindness.
LEARN to throw confetti.
SAVE a day to pamper yourself.
EMBRACE your flaws.
QUIT making excuses and just do it.
EAT the cake and the ice cream and the churro with the rainbow jimmies.
SPEND the time to invest in yourself. Whatever that may mean to you.
DRINK whatever you want, whenever you want.
VOLUNTEER your grace to everyone you meet…or to MPI TENNESSEE whichever is speaking to your heart… because after all, this is a heart thing!

To Infinity and Beyond!

Improving your Emotional Intelligence (EQ) as a leader results in improved communication, team dynamics, and customer relations. The Enneagram is a personality assessment designed to help people better understand themselves and others. Unlike other popular personality tests that put you in a box, the Enneagram shows you the box you are already in, as well as how to get out.
By taking time to learn about the Enneagram at work, leaders can improve communication and manage conflict while building a team that thrives on each other’s differences.
