'I’m not Cinderella, but I know that pumpkins are magical'
Welcome to October! It’s that time of year folks… No, not Halloween; not a tattered orange leaf falling from a tree in a brisk morning chill; not bonfires and blankets underneath the night sky, it’s time for MPI Tennessee LEADERSHIP ACADEMY! Have you ever thought about how our board operates or why we do what we do? Would you like to learn how we work to serve our members? Sign up to attend Leadership Academy and get the answers to all your burning questions.
Shout out to Beth Wamsley and the entire staff at Hard Rock Café for hosting a rockstar event this past week. We had a huge turnout, even with Tootsies announcing their birthday bash on the same day. I’m looking forward to seeing everyone at the Ascend Amphitheater on Tuesday October 19, as Live Nation & Chef’s Market sponsor us for a rock n roll themed brunch and learn. Although some of you may be over them, virtual events are not going away any time soon and I’m pumped to learn how to spice them up and add gamification for a more engaging event.
We had 20 new members join in our membership flash sale this past month! Have you met them? If not, I challenge you to meet two new people at our luncheon this month. Invite them for drinks at Arrington or your favorite lounge, and don’t forget to also invite me. Get involved and make the most of your membership!
