LEASE END DATE
Leases end on May 18th, 2026. This means that all residents must be moved out of the building and any applicable bedroom, mailbox, and apartment keys returned to office no later than 5:00pm on May 18th. Residents remaining in their rooms after the end of the lease term will face holdover charges.
INSPECTIONS
Each unit will be inspected only after all the residents have vacated, removed all personal belongings, and all keys have been returned and signed in at the Madbury Commons office. We will not inspect individual bedrooms prior to the entire unit being vacated.
FUTURE COMMUNICATIONS
The move-out process, unit inspection procedures, key return, and other logistics will be addressed in detail in future communications.
RESIDENT RELATIONS/QUESTIONS REGARDING MOVE-OUT
Due to the number of residents at our properties who will be moving out at the same time, exceptions to the policies laid out in the lease and listed above cannot be given. For any additional questions regarding this process, please email us at staff@madburyproperties.com.
RENT INSTALLMENTS
If you opted to pay the total lease term in 12 equal installments- your final monthly rent payment will be due on May 1st. Rent installments will not be prorated based on the Starting and Ending Dates of the Lease Term. The rent payment option of equal monthly installments is offered for your convenience only and does not explicitly relate to the Lease Term. As a reminder, we are unable to apply your security deposit to rent payments. Security deposits will be mailed out within 30 days of your lease expiration date.
OFFICE CLOSED
On Thursday April 23rd the office will be closing at 4:00pm for a staff event. We apologize for the inconvenience.
