Career Opportunities

KIT Royal Tropical Institute is accepting applications for a 6-month Programme Assistant internship to support and plan the logistics for a Professional Development Programme for Gender Trainers in 2019-2020. This role has a projected start date of 7 October. Apply before 16 September!

AVAC's Advocacy Fellows Program supports emerging and mid-career advocates as they design and implement advocacy projects focused on HIV prevention research and implementation activities in their countries and communities. These projects address locally identified gaps and priorities. Fellows receive training, full-time financial support, and technical assistance to plan and implement a targeted one-year project within host organizations working in HIV or related advocacy. Applications are accepted until 20 September.

Venture Strategies for Health and Development, a nonprofit organization with a mission to stabilize global population by upholding women's freedom to choose their family size, is seeking a Deputy Director to be based on Berkeley, CA. This role will involve providing strategic leadership on the Population Factor program and strategic advice and technical support to other programs as needed. Oregon Health & Science University is seeking a Research Associate to join the Section of Family Planning in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology. The 2019 Inter-CFAR Women and HIV Symposium will be held on 21-22 October in Chicago, IL. 

The next MTN Annual Meeting will be held on 9-12 February 2020 in Arlington, VA.

CROI 2020 will be held 8-11 March in Boston, MA.

The SYNChronicity 2020 conference  will be held 10-12 May in Washington, DC. 

The  AIDS 2020 conference  will be held on 6-10 July in San Francisco and Oakland, CA. Registration opens 1 October.

The 6th International Conference on Family Planning will be held on 1-4 February 2021 in Thailand.
