RFA-AI-19-005 National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) 's HIV Prevention Clinical Trials Network Leadership and Operations Center (UM1 Clinical Trial Required)  is soliciting applications for HIV Prevention Clinical Trials Network Leadership and Operations Center. This center will house research focusing on priority areas like ARV-based HIV prevention products and delivery methods, MPTs with anti-infective and contraceptive properties, as well as integrated biomedical and socio-behavioral prevention strategies. Applications due Thursday, 1 August.

Career Opportunities
AFEW International is dedicated to improving the health of key populations in society, particularly striving to promote health and increase access to prevention, treatment, and care for HIV, TB, viral hepatitis, and sexual and reproductive health. AFEW is seeking a Senior Programme Manager to assist, support, and monitor the implementation of projects; build the capacity of AFEW partners; and support the Director of Programmes. CONRAD, under the Eastern Virginia Medical School (EVMS), aims to improve reproductive health globally by enabling prevention of HIV and sexually transmitted infections, unintended pregnancies, and maternal/neonatal disease through the development of innovative, user-centered technologies suitable for use by people living in resource-constrained regions of the world. The 10th IAS Conference on HIV Science (IAS 2019) will be held in Mexico City, Mexico on 21-24 July.
The 46th Controlled Release Society Annual Meeting & Exposition will be held in Valencia, Spain on 21-24 July.

Global Health Technologies Coalition (GHTC) opens call for nominations on 31 July for 2019 Innovating for Impact Awards to honor one research partnership and two Members of Congress who have advanced global health R&D.

The 1st Ibero-American Conference on Contraception will be held on 31 July - 2 August in Mexico City, Mexico.
The 2019 Inter-CFAR Women and HIV Symposium will be held on 21-22 October in Chicago, IL. Abstracts for the symposium will be accepted until Tuesday, 16 July.
The SYNChronicity 2020 Conference will be held 10-12 May in Washington, DC. Abstract submissions will open July 2019.
