A Message from County Executive Marc Elrich
|
|
As cases of COVID-19 and monkeypox continue to increase around the nation and in Maryland, Montgomery County Executive Marc Elrich talks about taking precautionary steps to prevent infection from each. He encourages residents to attend two upcoming health fairs, and he takes pride in another successful season of the County’s ‘Summer Rise’ program. The County Executive also notes the increase in new laboratory space in the county, with the most recent expansion of Accellx, which is a success story of our county incubators. The County Executive also notes the national news on abortion rights and explains what the County is doing to protect and strengthen reproductive rights for women.
