Statement from MRFF Founder and President Mikey Weinstein on Why Today's MRFF Victory
is Different from Other MRFF POW/MIA Table
Bible Removal Victories

Tuesday, March 8, 2022
“This MRFF Victory Press Release is different from others we have promulgated in the past as we have deliberately removed any and all information as to which military installation it happened on, which military branch is involved and which Commander made the decision to agree with MRFF’s request to expeditiously remove the Christian bible from the subject POW/MIA Table display.

Why did we do this?

Because this armed forces Commander specifically asked us to do so. He or she greatly feared that they might well be subjected to harsh and unwanted harmful criticism for doing the right Constitutional thing here if their chain of command ever found out who they were.

Please let THAT sink in as you read the below, my friends, as it speaks VOLUMES!!"

Hello [Military Field Grade Rank Withheld]

Sir, on behalf of the Military Religious Freedom Foundation’s (MRFF's) 3 [name of military branch personnel withheld] client complainants on this specific matter under your command I wanted to so very sincerely thank you for the terrific 15 minute phone call the two of us just had this morning regarding MRFF’s request that you kindly remove the Christian bible from you unit’s current POW/MIA Table display.

Your professionalism, courtesy, understanding and obvious superb leadership on our phone call was so deeply appreciated, [military field grade rank withheld].

I have informed our 3 [name of military branch personnel withheld] MRFF clients of our excellent conversation and your statement to me in our phone call confirming that you would remove the Christian bible from that POW/MIA table display tomorrow morning at [name of military installation withheld].

As I mentioned to you, [military field grade rank withheld], MRFF’s 3 [name of military branch personnel withheld] clients on this matter were extremely concerned to approach your chain of command to make this request personally for fear of reprisal, revenge, retaliation and retribution.

After I relayed to them how positive and uplifting our phone call was, these [name of military branch personnel withheld] are all quite seriously considering the request you made to me to meet with you pursuant to your open door policy, face-to-face, once the bible has been confirmed as removed.

As the [military field grade rank withheld] at [name of military installation withheld], thank you, sir, for your stellar empathy and consideration in appreciating and comprehending how the inclusion of that Christian bible on your POW/MIA Table display has been deleteriously affecting good order, morale, discipline and unit cohesion especially for those [name of military branch withheld] personnel who do not practice the Christian faith. Your decision to remove the Christian bible from that POW/MIA Table display is in the highest tradition of buttressing [military branch's core values withheld]!

All three of MRFF’s [name of military branch withheld] clients on this matter, none of whom are Christians, were delighted and relieved to hear that you will be removing the bible tomorrow morning and wanted me to also extend their profound gratitude, sir!

With the highest respect and best good wishes, [military field grade rank withheld],

Mr. Weinstein,

Thank you for bringing this to my attention, for the excellent phone call, and the well written summary below. As you stated in your call, often leadership is unaware of the issues such as the display of the Christian bible at our [military installation name withheld]. I am grateful that some of our [name of military branch personnel withheld] contacted you to voice their concern. After being aware of the issue, a very informative conversation with you, along with some quick research into the MIA/POW table, I believe it is the correct decision to remove the bible from the table. This will be done immediately upon reporting to the [military installation name withheld] tomorrow AM.

Please thank the three [name of military branch personnel withheld] that had the courage to speak out on this issue. It is the firm intention from [name and rank of senior enlisted supervisor withheld] and me is to have an organization for all assigned with the exclusion of none. Please express my apologies for any exclusion to which they may experienced. Rest assured this was not our intent and will be corrected. Additionally, my "open door" policy is an invitation for discussions such as this. This invitation remains open to these [name of military branch personnel withheld] and I would like to thank the them for bringing this to leadership's attention. However, I understand if anonymity is still desired.

Again, thanks for the discussion and the conversation.

V/r,

Mikey,

My deepest thanks and appreciation for your dedicated support in getting the Bible removed from [military installation withheld] POW table. Because of the many times I've utilized MRFF services in the past, I knew your organization would never let me down. I once again am amazed by the speed and professionalism you deliver. You are a true hero for ensuring the military provides a fair and equitable environment for ALL religions, as opposed to providing privileges to a select one. Keep up your amazing work so that war fighters like me can continue to do our work.

“Circling the drain with Ben Carson"

Like hundreds of thousands of Veterans, I have mental illness. I’ve also had two beloved family members with schizoid disorder and schizophrenia, and I have known others with such in my many years as a lawyer defending the civil rights of persons with mental illness. This so-called “brilliant physician” showed complete disrespect and contempt for persons with mental illness, and specifically those with schizophrenia. To convey the notion that adherents to liberal democracy espouse contradictory ideas, he used the old ignorant trope and slur that schizophrenia is “multiple personalities.”

It is astounding that any educated adult would say such a thing in a public address in 2022 before the world at any of our prestigious military academies, but as a doctor – and he does exploit his medical credentials for credibility with his audiences – he should be familiar with the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders. It describes schizophrenia as clinically presenting as the opposite, as obsessive on an idea, like paranoia about harm from others, belief in a special power, fixation on a celebrity like the former president-television star that the doctor shills for.

In addition to misusing his medical credentials to butcher the actual protections for religious freedom in our Constitution, he lacks self-control to refrain from mocking people with mental illness, contributing to the stigma they suffer from the inhumanity of people like him.

What was the message, the pain, to any cadet or faculty member with a loved one or friend with mental illness? Is this the model for the Air Force Medical Command’s mental health treatment, including for schizophrenia, to Airmen and their families? If not, where is their voice? They can make a public statement renouncing this. They can send a reassuring message to their patient population and staff sensitivity training, especially with suicide prevention. Everyone knew Carson was one of the worst choices to give a pulpit of the American people to, any physician can call for an IG investigation and report this on any active medical license Mr. Carson holds.

We’re waiting.

Shame on every Air Force official inculcating the next generation with hate because anything justifies a “win” in their political-religious “war” on freedom, equality, democracy.

To Mr. M. Weinstein and the MRFF staff,

Our church is located in close proximity to a large military installation in a blessed and God-Fearing state and we have many congregants who are military.

They complain constantly about how you sir your MRFF organization delight in the constant persecution of Christians especially our love of The Savior.

They say you always try to stop the spread His precious love.

We are told you are a jew and that most of you there are. I’m not saying that that is a bad thing per see.

Given that our Lord Jesus came to save the jews from their just punishment in the eyes of The Lord why do you all attack His followers so savagely?
You should be grateful that He has given you all one last chance not to suffer in Hell for His execution.

After all it is written that the jews killed Him. Read the Bible and study history much “Mikey”?

Why does the MRFF hate Christians and Jesus so much?

Maybe the MRFF jews and atheists should stop their oppression of Jesus and
His followers in our military?

Life would be much easier for all involved.

Try love for once Mr. Weinstein and the MRFF. Instead of your jewish pride and hubris.
