The 2025 softball season is here! This email includes the team registration template, along with the annual league director packet with information for the season.

· Team Registration Template
National USSSA provides this template to the states for team registration. Please complete with your league information and return to MRPA at softball@mnrpa.org by Monday, May 12. We will then upload your information to the national database to register your teams. MRPA will send a list of the teams’ registration numbers to you. A few friendly reminders for the template:
o Each cell must be filled-in, including the county field. Some cells have a pull-down menu.
o The template doesn’t recognize the cutting and pasting of data. We wish this wasn’t so as we know typing each team’s information takes more time.
o If you’d rather not share team managers’ contact information, please use your work contact information for these fields
o When entering phone numbers -- no hyphens. A sample would be 7635711305
· Cover Sheet
Send this cover sheet along with the team registration template to softball@mnrpa.org
Payment may be made to MRPA, or you can request an invoice be sent to you.
· Umpires
We want to help you ensure your umpires are registered for the year. If you’d like, you can send your umpire list to us and we’ll check with the MN-USSSA registered umpire list to confirm they’re sanctioned for the year. A USSSA-registered umpire is only covered by USSSA insurance if the umpire is officiating a USSSA-sanctioned league or tournament.

If you haven’t picked-up your scorebooks yet, please contact us to arrange for a time to stop by the office. Thank you!
