Hello Colt Families!
This is a wonderful time of the school year. Our band and orchestra students put on fabulous concerts last week! Our athletic teams are winding down and finishing for the school year.

Our CVMS had a wonderful Teacher Appreciation Week! A huge shout out to our PTSG who provided lunch, snacks, breakfast, raffle baskets, and gifts for our teachers and staff. Your kindness is greatly appreciated.
PSSA Testing Has Ended!
We are so proud of all of our students! They worked so hard on testing and were so respectful. Thank you to everyone who donated toward the incentive prizes. The students really enjoyed them!
Keystone Algebra Testing Begins This Week
This testing is for students who are in the Algebra classes. Please encourage your students to get a good night's rest and relax. We are excited to see all that they have learned this school year. This information will help us to identify student areas of strengths and needs for next school year. Please note that on testing days, any students who arrive at school after testing has begun will have to report to the main office. While we know that appointments and issues arise, anything you can do to minimize these would be appreciated.

MS Cheer Tryouts for MS Cheer will be May 15-18. You must be present at tryouts to participate in MS cheer.

New Yearbook Information:
Dear CVMS Families,
Click this link for a “sneak peek” of our 2022-2023 yearbook.
The CVMS Yearbook is close to being sold out, therefore the production company Jostens has a "wait list". If there are any additional books sent, we will use the wait list to sell books in order of the wait list. I expect that if extras are sent it will be a very limited number. If extras are available, students who are wait listed should be prepared to pay the $55 for the yearbook in the form of a check or money order to Jostens on the day books are distributed. Emails will be sent to those who are able to receive a book prior to distribution.
Once the extras are gone there is no way to order a book. (Date of distribution is TBD at this time.)
We are thankful that our book sales have done so well. Our Yearbook Staff of 6th, 7th and 8th graders did a great job with this creation!
Please remember each year to preorder for the best rates early in the year, and to avoid the risk of not getting a book.
